Liberty Compliance Group is a full-service DOT and FMCSA compliance firm based in Boise, Idaho. We help U.S. carriers, plus Canadian and Mexican carriers, with U.S. (FMCSA and DOT) requirements, so our clients can focus on running trucks and making money.
Our story
Why we started Liberty.
Our founder spent six years in DOT compliance and saw a side of the industry that didn't sit right. Letters made to look like they came from a government agency. Warnings about fines. Calls that never stopped, aimed at brand-new carriers. Services sold as if they were required when they weren't. The focus was on revenue, not on the people behind the wheel.
Liberty Compliance Group was founded in 2023 to do it differently. Each relationship starts with you, not with paperwork: your goals, your plans, and where you want to end up. Then we look at where your operation stands today, and work out how to get you from one to the other.
You should be able to trust your consultant. We only recommend what your operation actually needs, and we explain why. Your success is our success. We do well when you do, and that's the only way we want to do business.
When you call, you reach a person. Not a call center, not a robot and not an outsourced desk. Messages are usually returned within the hour.
