The carrier remains responsible
The motor carrier remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance, as the motor carrier of record. Our services support that responsibility. They do not replace it or transfer it to us.
U.S. requirements only
We help U.S. carriers, as well as Canadian and Mexican carriers, with U.S. (FMCSA and DOT) requirements. We do not advise on Canadian or Mexican domestic regulations.
Filings you can make yourself
Many registrations and filings can be made directly with the relevant government agency. When we handle one for you, our charge is for professional preparation and handling. It is not a government fee.
