Business & Authority

Federal registrations filed correctly and kept current.

Your USDOT record, operating authority and annual registrations are how regulators, brokers and shippers see your company. We file and maintain them so they stay accurate.

Federal Registration & Authority

Received a notice saying your VMT is outdated or your biennial update is due? The MCS-150, often called the biennial update, keeps your USDOT record current, including your vehicle miles traveled (VMT). An outdated record can lead to deactivation of your USDOT number. We review your record and file the update for you.

Many carriers also receive mailers from third parties about MCS-150 or VMT updates. Before you respond, we can review your USDOT record and confirm what's actually needed.

Operating authority, BOC-3 process agent filings and UCR registration each serve a different purpose. Errors or lapses can delay your authority or keep you from hauling for brokers and shippers.
