DOT audits and investigations examine records across several areas of your operation. Auditors expect documentation to be complete, organized and available when requested, and findings can affect your safety rating and your ability to operate.

We offer two levels of support: a pre-audit review that shows you where you stand before the auditor does, or full audit management, where we manage the audit process alongside you, from the initial notice through submission and follow-up. You remain responsible as the motor carrier of record.

If an audit or investigation produces findings, we prepare a structured corrective action plan in response.
