This website is operated by Liberty Compliance Group LLC, based in Boise, Idaho ("Liberty," "we" or "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or contact us through it.

What we collect

When you send us a consultation request, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your company name, if you give one
• Your USDOT number, number of power units and type of operation, if you give them
• The situation or services you tell us you are interested in
• Any message you write

We also record which page of the site you sent the form from. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we store a one-way scrambled version of your network (IP) address. We do not store the address itself, and the scrambled version cannot be turned back into it.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep routine technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

If you choose to chat with us, a live chat service loads at that moment and may set its own cookies. It does not load unless you pick the chat option.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and talk through your needs
• To provide services you ask us to provide, under a separate agreement
• To keep records of our communications with you
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam

How it is stored and who else sees it

Your form submission is stored in a protected database and sent to us by email. To do that, we use trusted service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and, if you use chat, Crisp (live chat). They handle your information only to run those services for us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it or trade it. We share it only with the service providers above, or if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to provide any services you hire us for, and as needed for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond.

Children

This site is for businesses and professional drivers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
